Rodica held the position of Administrative Assistant at the Legal Resources Centre from Moldova from June  to September 2020. She contributed to the coordination of the Association’s activities and logistics.

Previously, she worked as Assistant to the EU High Level Adviser on Financial Services within the EU High Level Advisers’ Mission. Rodica has a working experience of 7 years in the banking system of the Republic of Moldova.

Rodica holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Applied Foreign Languages and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from “Alecu Russo” State University from Bălți.

Rodica is fluent in Romanian (mother tongue), Russian, English and has an intermediate knowledge of  French.
