General objective: Design and create an innovative Digital Rights Literacy program for Moldova, which research and explores topics related to emerging technologies and their potential impact from a human rights perspective.
Activities
- Organizing one training for LRCM members and partner CSOs, with a contracted foreign expert, to cover topics fully or partially discussed at the ICNL-Stanford TechCamp
- Research, publication and dissemination on LRCM channels and public platforms of 7 non-academic articles related to emerging technologies and their potential impact from a human rights perspective.
- Create and maintain within LRCM webpage (www.old.crjm.org) a digital database resource section, which host relevant information, scientific articles and publications on digital rights and emerging technologies;
- Create, publish and disseminate a digital rights podcast, with at least seven episodes related to emerging technologies and their potential impact from a human rights perspective.
- Organize a public event that will be as a platform for informal discussion with other civil society organizations representatives on the next steps and possible future collaborations to explore the digital rights sector.
Beneficiaries
Direct beneficiaries: civil society activists and representatives of civil society organizations from Moldova
Indirect beneficiaries: legal professionals, students, public authorities, and last but not the least, the society at large
