Rodica joined the Legal Resources Centre from Moldova as a Legal Officer since June 2020.

Previously, Rodica worked for the competition enforcement departments of two British national regulators: Financial Conduct Authority and Payment Systems Regulator. She has professional experience in banking, banking litigation, commercial contracts and compliance both in the UK and France.

Rodica holds a Bachelor degree in Law from the Catholic University of Lyon. She completed comparative law studies in American Law and English Law at the Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University.  

She was an active member of diaspora networking charities whilst living abroad.

Rodica is fluent in Romanian (mother tongue) English, French and Russian.
