Majoritatea proiectelor incluse \u00een ordinea de zi\u00a0 abordeaz\u0103 subiecte cu impact important, cum ar fi <a href=\"http:\/\/parlament.md\/ProcesulLegislativ\/Proiectedeactelegislative\/tabid\/61\/LegislativId\/5563\/language\/ro-RO\/Default.aspx\">modalitatea procedurii de alegere a Directorului CNA<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/parlament.md\/ProcesulLegislativ\/Proiectedeactelegislative\/tabid\/61\/LegislativId\/5561\/language\/ro-RO\/Default.aspx\">modific\u0103ri conceptuale \u0219i numeroase ale legisla\u021biei ANI<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/parlament.md\/ProcesulLegislativ\/Proiectedeactelegislative\/tabid\/61\/LegislativId\/5572\/language\/ro-RO\/Default.aspx\">modificarea Legii cu privire la Procuratur\u0103<\/a>, etc. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ele sunt propuse pentru votare \u00eentr-un termen foarte restr\u00e2ns de la \u00eenregistrare, f\u0103r\u0103 consult\u0103ri publice (cu excep\u021bia proiectului cu privire la ANI) \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 o justificare rezonabil\u0103 pentru aceast\u0103 grab\u0103. \u0218apte din cele opt proiecte au fost \u00eenregistrate la Parlament mai pu\u021bin de 10 zile \u00een urm\u0103. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Legisla\u021bia \u00een vigoare privind transparen\u021ba decizional\u0103 &#8211; Legea privind transparen\u021ba \u00een procesul decizional, Regulamentului Parlamentului \u00a0\u0219i Concep\u021bia privind cooperarea dintre Parlament \u015fi societatea civil\u0103 &#8211; prevede termene \u0219i proceduri cu referire la examinarea proiectelor de legi, consultarea public\u0103, transparen\u021ba decizional\u0103, expertiza anticorup\u021bie, avizul Guvernului, etc. Aceste rigori au fost introduse pentru a preveni abuzurile, a spori legitimitatea proiectelor adoptate \u0219i pentru a oferi o \u0219ans\u0103 pentru o discutare veritabil\u0103 a acestora \u00een vederea identific\u0103rii celor mai bune solu\u021bii pentru \u021bar\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Organiza\u021biile societ\u0103\u021bii civile semnatare solicit\u0103 Parlamentului s\u0103 se ab\u021bin\u0103 de la examinarea proiectelor de legi \u00een regim de urgen\u021b\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 o justificare plauzibil\u0103.
