De asemenea, nu ar fi o exagerare dac\u0103 am spune c\u0103 at\u00e2t statului, c\u00e2t \u0219i actorilor societ\u0103\u021bii civile le lipse\u0219te \u00een\u021belegerea magnitudinii acestor sisteme \u0219i a impactului pe care ele \u00eel pot avea.<\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"_Toc74738282\"><\/a><strong>Ce este totu\u0219i inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00cenainte de a \u00eencepe discu\u021bia despre inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103, este necesar de \u00een\u021beles no\u021biunile de baz\u0103 ale acestui domeniu. \u0218i aici apare o provocare. Chiar \u0219i pentru institu\u021bii precum Consiliul Europei, defini\u021bia inteligen\u021bei artificiale este \u201egreu de formulat \u0219i de \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219it\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a><em>.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Explicat\u0103 \u00een cele mai simple cuvinte, inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 \u00eenseamn\u0103 orice tip de sistem automatizat, conceput pentru a facilita procesul de luare a deciziilor sau a oferi o \u00een\u021belegere aprofundat\u0103 a datelor introduse \u00een el. AI Now Institute<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>, un centru de cercetare interdisciplinar\u0103 dedicat \u00een\u021belegerii implica\u021biilor sociale ale inteligen\u021bei artificiale, ofer\u0103 o defini\u021bie mai cuprinz\u0103toare<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>[\u2026] \u201eUn sistem care folose\u0219te ra\u021bionamentul automatizat pentru a ajuta sau a \u00eenlocui un proces decizional care altfel ar fi desf\u0103\u0219urat de oameni. Adesea, un sistem automatizat de luare a deciziilor este un software. Un exemplu ar fi un program de computer care folose\u0219te informa\u021bia privind preferin\u021bele de \u0219colarizare ale elevilor pentru a genera repartiz\u0103ri \u0219colare. Inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 simbolic\u0103 poate fi atribuit\u0103 oric\u0103rui sistem algoritmic cu pa\u0219i simpli de alegere (dac\u0103 \/ atunci, da \/ nu). Algoritmul codific\u0103 cuno\u0219tin\u021bele \u00eentr-un set de reguli care pot fi executate de un computer. Exist\u0103, \u00eens\u0103, \u0219i voci mai optimiste, care spun c\u0103 AGI va deveni posibil\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een anul 2060.<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a> \u00cens\u0103, indiferent de perspectivele AGI, unele state, cum ar fi SUA, China, Regatul Unit, Elve\u021bia \u0219i Suedia, precum \u0219i cel pu\u021bin 40 de corpora\u021bii mari, cum ar fi Alibaba, Amazon, Apple \u0219i Intel, fac cercet\u0103ri active \u00een domeniul AGI.<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\">[9]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen \u00eencheiere, vom spune c\u0103 exist\u0103 multe tipuri \u0219i forme de sisteme automatizate clasificate drept inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103, care au diferite capacit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i grade de autonomie. \u00cen general, ele presupun o combina\u021bie de procese \u0219i tehnologii care permit computerelor s\u0103 \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 sarcini concrete, cum ar fi luarea deciziilor sau rezolvarea problemelor, care altfel ar fi \u00eendeplinite de oameni. De aceea exper\u021bii spun c\u0103 termenul \u201einteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103\u201d este mai degrab\u0103 un \u201etermen-container\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\">[10]<\/a> sau \u201etermen-constela\u021bie\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\">[11]<\/a> utilizat pentru a defini tehnologii \u0219i sisteme bazate pe algoritmi, care au diferite grade de complexitate.<\/p>\n<p>Ok &#8230;Cel mai probabil, inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 nu va \u00eenlocui oamenii \u00a0\u00een viitorul apropiat&#8230; dar ce \u0219anse sunt c\u0103 \u00een cur\u00e2nd un robot va \u00eenlocui locul meu de munc\u0103?<\/p>\n<p>Se pare c\u0103 nu exist\u0103 nicio \u00eendoial\u0103 c\u0103 automatizarea, inclusiv prin sistemele IA va avea un impact major asupra pie\u021bei muncii. Exist\u0103 de rapoarte care indic\u0103 faptul c\u0103 un nivel crescut de automatizare este intrinsec legat pierderea ulterioar\u0103 a locurilor de munc\u0103.
