Aceast\u0103 concluzie a fost prezentat\u0103 \u00een cadrul declara\u021biei comune a Platformelor Societ\u0103\u021bii Civile ale celor trei \u021b\u0103ri, adoptat\u0103 la 13 noiembrie 2019 la Kiev, \u00een cadrul celui de-al treilea Forum al societ\u0103\u021bii civile privind schimbul de experien\u021b\u0103 \u00een implementarea Acordurilor de Asociere cu UE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conform declara\u021biei, cooperarea dintre cele trei \u021b\u0103ri din Europa de Est trebuie institu\u021bionalizat\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 existe \u00een paralel cu structura multilateral\u0103 a Parteneriatului Estic. Aceasta va include consult\u0103ri periodice \u0219i ac\u021biuni comune ale Guvernelor, Parlamentelor \u0219i societ\u0103\u021bii civile din Ucraina, Moldova \u0219i Georgia \u00een vederea \u00eentrunirii condi\u021biilor politice \u0219i economice de integrare \u00een UE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Scopul acestui nou format trilateral de cooperare este de a facilita discu\u021bii, schimb de experien\u021b\u0103 \u0219i evalu\u0103ri ale progresului \u00een domeniul democra\u021biei, statului de drept \u0219i bunei guvern\u0103ri. Totodat\u0103, acesta presupune facilitarea comer\u021bului \u00eentre \u021b\u0103ri \u0219i crearea unei pie\u021be comune cu libera circula\u021bie a persoanelor, serviciilor, m\u0103rfurilor \u0219i a capitalului.
