Campania #ZeroDiscrimination (#ZeroDiscriminare) este oportunitate de a solicita oamenilor de pretutindeni s\u0103 promoveze \u015fi s\u0103 s\u0103rb\u0103toreasc\u0103 diversitatea, toleran\u0163a \u015fi incluziunea \u015fi s\u0103 ac\u021bioneze \u00eempreun\u0103 pentru a pune cap\u0103t discrimin\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen ceea ce prive\u015fte Republica Moldova, spre regret problema discrimin\u0103rii exist\u0103. Acest fapt este confirmat at\u00e2t de sondajele efectuate, c\u00e2t \u0219i de statistica Consiliului pentru prevenirea \u015fi eliminarea discrimin\u0103rii \u015fi asigurarea egalit\u0103\u0163ii (CPEDAE), care relev\u0103 un num\u0103r cresc\u00e2nd al pl\u00e2ngerilor \u00een care a fost constatat\u0103 discriminarea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Numeroase organiza\u0163ii non-guvernamentale promoveaz\u0103 activ aceast\u0103 cauz\u0103 prin diferite activit\u0103\u0163i, pentru a eviden\u0163ia dreptul fiec\u0103rei persoane de a tr\u0103i \u00een deplin\u0103 demnitate, indiferent de v\u00e2rst\u0103, gen, orientare sexual\u0103, na\u0163ionalitate, origine etnic\u0103, limb\u0103, religie sau convingeri, sex, v\u00e2rst\u0103, dizabilitate, opinie, apartenen\u0163\u0103 politic\u0103 sau orice alt criteriu similar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CRJM contribuie activ la respectarea principiului egalit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i nediscrimin\u0103rii \u0219i \u00een scopul sporirii nivelului de informare a societ\u0103\u0163ii la acest capitol a efectuat anterior mai multe analize, printre care:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/CRJM-Ghid-Nediscrim-Public-2016-ro-1.pdf\">Discriminarea Cum s\u0103 o recunoa\u0219tem \u0219i cum s\u0103 ne protej\u0103m \u00eempotriva ei?<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/CRJM-Ghid-practicieni-nediscrim_2016_ro-web.pdf\">Ghid \u00een domeniul nediscrimin\u0103rii pentru practicieni<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/CRJM-Ghid-angajatori-1.pdf\">Prevenirea discrimin\u0103rii \u00een rela\u021biile de munc\u0103<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/CRJM-Studiu-Compat-legislatie-MD-EU-2015-07-1.pdf\">Analiza compatibilit\u0103\u0163ii legisla\u0163iei din Republica Moldova cu standardele europene \u00een domeniul egalit\u0103\u0163ii \u0219i nediscrimin\u0103rii<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ziua \u201eZero Discriminare\u201d este marcat\u0103 \u00een fiecare an la data la 1 Martie, de la oficializarea acesteia \u00een 2014 la ini\u021biativa ONU.
