Documentul de politici \u201e\u00cen ce mod Think Tank-urile Juridice reu\u0219esc sau nu s\u0103 ofere expertiz\u0103 pentru Guverne \u00een Europa Central\u0103 \u0219i de Est\u201d prezint\u0103 concluzii comune, exemple de bune practici \u0219i recomand\u0103ri oferite de exper\u021bi din Slovacia, Ungaria, Cehia, Polonia, Ucraina \u0219i Moldova privind \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea bunei guvern\u0103ri prin asigurarea interac\u021biunii cu factorii de decizie \u00een procesul de elaborare a politicilor.<\/p>\n<p>Constat\u0103rile din document arat\u0103 c\u0103, \u00een ciuda diferen\u021belor locale din regiune, activitatea Think Tank-urilor Juridice \u00eembog\u0103\u021be\u0219te dezbaterea public\u0103 \u0219i contribuie la un proces de bun\u0103 guvernare mai participativ. De aici exist\u0103 exemple istorice \u0219i actuale privind contribu\u021biile valoroase ale Think Tank-urilor Juridice la elaborarea politicilor publice \u0219i a legisla\u021biei. Totodat\u0103, exist\u0103 \u0219i provoc\u0103ri similare cu privire la interac\u021biunile dintre Think Tank-uri \u0219i guverne, \u00een special \u00een \u021b\u0103rile \u00een care guvernele contest\u0103 valorile democra\u021biei liberale.
