Ne-am opus <a href=\" http:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/marile-succese-cinematografice-romanesti-si-autohtone-proiectate-gratuit-in-moldova\/.\">ini\u021biativei legislative privind amnistia fiscal\u0103<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>2. Am cerut expertizarea interna\u021bional\u0103 a <a href=\"http:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/expertizarea_proiectului_de-lege_big-brother\/\">proiectului de lege \u201eBig Brother\u201d<\/a> (care l\u0103rgeste posibilit\u0103\u0163ile statului de a monitoriza internetul \u015fi via\u0163a privat\u0103). Ca rezultat, proiectul a fost transmis la Comisia de la Vene\u021bia care a publicat avizul s\u0103u.<\/p>\n<p>3. Am promovat adoptarea optimiz\u0103rii h\u0103r\u021bii judec\u0103tore\u0219ti. <a href=\"http:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/legea-cu-privire-la-reorganizarea-instantelor-judecatoresti-a-fost-publicata-in-monitorul-oficial\/\">Legea a fost adoptat\u0103 la 21 aprilie 2016 \u0219i este deja pus\u0103 \u00een aplicare<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>4. Am promovat adoptarea noii Legi a procuraturii \u015fi a Pachetului de Integritate, ambele \u00een vigoare din 1 august 2016.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>5. Am cerut <a href=\"http:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/crjm-recomanda-mai-multa-transparenta-obiectivitate-si-impartialitatea-din-partea-csm\/\">Consiliului Superior al Magistraturii mai mult\u0103 transparen\u021b\u0103, obiectivitate \u0219i impar\u021bialitate<\/a>, inclusiv privind <a href=\"http:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/ong-ingrijorate-numire-si-promov-al-unor-judecatori\/\">modul de numire \u0219i promovare a judec\u0103torilor.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>6. Am promovat adoptarea Legii 2% \u0219i a Regulamentului 2%. Legea a intrat deja \u00een vigoare \u0219i, de la 1 ianuarie 2017, pl\u0103titorii de impozite vor putea direc\u021biona 2% din impozitul pe venit c\u0103tre ONG-uri. Am elaborat un ghid \u0219i am un infografic (\u00een rom\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i rus\u0103) despre \u00eenregistrarea organiza\u021biilor \u00een vederea beneficierii de mecanismul 2%. Urm\u0103ri\u021bi nout\u0103\u021bile despre 2% pe pagina de facebook<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/legea2procente\/?ref=aymt_homepage_panel\"> \u201e2% \u00een Republica Moldova\u201d<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>7. Am monitorizat implementarea <a href=\"http:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/reformele-asumate-de-guvern-implementate-doar-pe-jumatate\/\">Foii de Parcurs a Guvernului<\/a> \u0219i am constatat c\u0103 reformele au fost realizate pe jum\u0103tate.<\/p>\n<p>8. Am propus modificarea <a href=\"http:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/crjm-recomanda-autoritatilor-sa-imbunatateasca-legislatia-si-practica-privind-raspunderea-disciplinara-a-judecatorilor\/\">legisla\u021biei \u0219i practicii privind r\u0103spunderea disciplinar\u0103 a judec\u0103torilor<\/a> \u0219i am organizat mese rotunde cu judec\u0103torii \u0219i avoca\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>9.Am analizat <a href=\"http:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/rm-pe-locul-3-dupa-nr-de-cereri-la-ctedo\/\">situatia Republicii Moldova la CtEDO \u00een anul 2015<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>10.
