De ce avem nevoie de reorganizarea h\u0103r\u021bii judec\u0103tore\u0219ti?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La 21 aprilie 2016, \u00a0Parlamentul Republicii Moldova a votat \u00een lectur\u0103 final\u0103\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.parlament.md\/LegislationDocument.aspx?Id=a23e775a-37f1-4dda-bb83-d0bfd40e3cee\">Legea cu privire la reorganizarea h\u0103r\u021bii judec\u0103tore\u0219ti<\/a>. Potrivit acesteia, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu 1 ianuarie 2017, \u00een \u021bar\u0103 vor exista 15 instan\u0163e judec\u0103tore\u015fti de nivelul \u00eent\u00e2i (judec\u0103torii), fa\u021b\u0103 cele 44 existente \u00een prezent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Noile instan\u0163e judec\u0103tore\u015fti vor fi create prin comasarea judec\u0103toriilor existente, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t \u00een fiecare judec\u0103torie s\u0103 fie cel pu\u021bin 9 judec\u0103tori. Toate cele 5 judec\u0103torii din Chi\u015fin\u0103u vor fi comasate \u00eentr-o singur\u0103 judec\u0103torie. Judec\u0103toriile specializate (militar\u0103 \u0219i comercial\u0103 de circumscrip\u021bie) \u00ee\u0219i vor \u00eenceta activitatea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Construc\u0163ia sediilor se va efectua treptat, p\u00e2n\u0103 la 31 decembrie 2027. Potrivit\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Moldova-Optimiz-instatelor.pdf\">studiului de fezabilitate<\/a>, reorganizarea h\u0103r\u021bii judec\u0103tore\u0219ti va costa 1.18 miliarde lei.
