Aceasta este una din concluziile raportului <i>\u201e<a href=\"http:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/CRJM-Raport-nediscriminare-in-munca.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Analiza compatibilit\u0103\u021bii legisla\u021biei na\u021bionale \u00een domeniul nediscrimin\u0103rii \u00een c\u00e2mpul muncii cu standardele europene<\/a>\u201d <\/i>lansat la 25 februarie 2015 de Centrul de Resurse Juridice din Moldova (CRJM).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Autorii raportului au constatat c\u0103 \u00een Republica Moldova exist\u0103 un cadru legal comprehensiv, care necesit\u0103 unele modific\u0103ri minime pentru a asigura o mai mare claritate \u0219i eficien\u021b\u0103. Consiliul pentru Prevenirea \u0219i Eliminarea Discrimin\u0103rii \u0219i Asigurarea Egalit\u0103\u021bii (CPPEDAE) &#8211; institu\u021bia na\u021bional\u0103 de egalitate, de\u0219i relativ recent \u00eenfiin\u021bat\u0103, se remarc\u0103 prin solu\u021bionarea unui num\u0103r mare de peti\u021bii \u00een domeniul dat \u0219i prin asumarea proactiv\u0103 a combaterii anumitor forme de discriminare \u00een rela\u021biile de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Raportul subliniaz\u0103 c\u0103 absen\u021ba de pl\u00e2ngeri depuse \u00een fa\u021ba CPPEDAE privind discriminarea \u00een rela\u021biile de munc\u0103 pe o serie de criterii nu indic\u0103 asupra absen\u021bei cazurilor din categoriile date, ci lipsa de informare a popula\u021biei privind drepturile sale \u0219i lipsa de implicare proactiv\u0103 a autorit\u0103\u021bilor cu un mandat \u00een monitorizarea rela\u021biilor de munc\u0103 \u0219i \u00een combaterea discrimin\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen acest context, CRJM a lansat \u0219i dou\u0103 ghiduri \u2013 unul adresat <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/CRJM-Ghid-angajatori.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">angajatorilor<\/a><\/strong> \u0219i altul \u2013 <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/CRJM-Ghid-angajati.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">angaja\u021bilor<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 privind prevenirea discrimin\u0103rii \u00een c\u00e2mpul muncii.
