<a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/publicarea-hotararilor-judecatoresti-in-republica-moldova\/\">anonymization of court decisions<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/infografic-verificarea-declaratiilor-de-avere-si-interese-personale-2013-2019\/\">the activity of the National Integrity Authority<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/en\/eficienta-si-calitatea-activitatii-justitiei-din-republica-moldova\/\">efficiency and quality of justice<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/en\/justitia-din-republica-moldova-personalul\/\">justice sector personnel<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Nota-analitica-CEDO-2020-EN.pdf\">analysed the ECtHR\u2019s activity in 2019<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/CRJM-Analiza-CPPEDAE-En-2020-10.pdf\">the jurisprudence of the Equality Council regarding equality and non-discrimination<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/category\/publications\/drepturile-omului\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22643 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/publicatii-20201.png\" alt=\"Publicatii 2020(1)\" width=\"725\" height=\"380\" srcset=\"https:\/\/old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/publicatii-20201.png 725w, https:\/\/old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/publicatii-20201-300x157.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 725px) 100vw, 725px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We informed the Council of Europe on the execution by the Republic of Moldova of the ECtHR decisions related to <a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/2020-04-18-lrcm-communication-9-2-sarban-group-of-cases.pdf\">unmotivated arrests<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/2020-07-24-LRCM-PromoLEX-submission-Ozdil-and-others_CM-fin.pdf\">extra-legal transfer to Turkey in 2018 of five Turkish citizens residing in Moldova<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>We trained 35 lawyers in the fields of <a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/en\/un-grup-de-avocati-au-fost-instruiti-sa-apere-drepturile-jurnalistilor-din-moldova-prin-programul-crjm-privind-dreptul-mass-media\/\">mass-media law<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/m.facebook.com\/story.php?story_fbid=3533724189985441&#038;id=192147737476453\">European Convention on Human Rights<\/a>; we developed <a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/CRJM-Ghid-inregistrare-RO-2020.pdf\">informative materials<\/a> that <a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Ghid-procedura-de-obtinere-a-statutului-de-utilitate-publica-RO-2020.pdf\">guide representatives of noncommercial organizations<\/a> on how to harness the provisions of this law.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/category\/publications\/publcs\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22645 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/publicatii-2020-.png\" alt=\"Publicatii 2020\" width=\"725\" height=\"380\" srcset=\"https:\/\/old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/publicatii-2020-.png 725w, https:\/\/old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/publicatii-2020--300x157.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 725px) 100vw, 725px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We organized the <a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/peste-100-de-reprezentanti-ai-organizatiilor-societatii-civile-au-discutat-subiecte-actuale-pentru-activitatea-osc-urilor-in-perioade-de-criza\/\">National Conference for CSOs<\/a> where circa 100 CSO representatives participated. They engaged in discussions and shared their experience in order to help each other to be resilient during crisis times, including the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/peste-100-de-reprezentanti-ai-organizatiilor-societatii-civile-au-discutat-subiecte-actuale-pentru-activitatea-osc-urilor-in-perioade-de-criza\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22654 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/conferinta-cso1.png\" alt=\"Conferinta cso(1)\" width=\"725\" height=\"380\" srcset=\"https:\/\/old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/conferinta-cso1.png 725w, https:\/\/old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/conferinta-cso1-300x157.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 725px) 100vw, 725px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Together with other CSOs, we developed the <a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/2020-05-04-Timeline-attacks-CSOs-EN.pdf\">radiography of attacks against non-governmental organizations of the Republic of Moldova in 2019<\/a> and we united our forces <a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/en\/alerta-publica-opriti-atacurile-impotriva-societatii-civile-din-republica-moldova-2\/\">to stop the campaign of defamation and discrediting civil society launched by politicians<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>We continued to promote the <a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/en\/2-din-impozitul-pe-venit-2-de-solidaritate-fata-de-comunitatea-in-care-traiesti\/\">2% designation mechanism<\/a> and trained more than <a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/en\/reprezentanti-ai-ong-urilor-din-moldova-au-invatat-cum-sa-implementeze-eficient-o-campanie-de-informare-privind-mecanismul-2\/\">100 CSO representatives<\/a> in this domain.<\/li>\n<li>Together with other CSOs, we condemned <a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/en\/declaratie-publica-privind-degradarea-procesului-legislativ-si-actului-de-guvernare-in-republica-moldova\/\">the adoption of laws of major importance for the economic, social and information security of the country in violation of the legislative procedure<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/en\/apel-public-privind-adoptarea-proiectului-de-lege-nr-263-2020-privind-modificarea-legislatiei-electorale-si-conexe-cu-organizarea-unor-consultari-publice-autentice-2\/\">we advocated for improvement of electoral legislation<\/a>; we requested <a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/en\/apel-public-organizatiile-societatii-civile-consiliul-pentru-egalitate-si-consiliul-de-presa-solicita-concurentilor-electorali-si-sustinatorilor-acestora-sa-nu-utilizeze-discursul-de-ura-iar-institu\/\">to stop the use of hate speech during the presidential campaign<\/a>; and the efficient management of the situation during the COVID-19 pandemic in the country.<\/li>\n<li>We organized a winter school for 22 students who, during four days, learned what democracy means, how to think critically, and how to be civically engaged in order to bring positive change in society.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/22-de-tineri-au-invatat-cum-sa-promoveze-democratia-si-sa-fie-activi-civic\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19754 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/old2.old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/poza-de-grup-1024x519.jpg\" alt=\"Poza de grup\" width=\"640\" height=\"324\" srcset=\"https:\/\/old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/poza-de-grup-1024x519.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/poza-de-grup-300x152.jpg 300w, https:\/\/old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/poza-de-grup-768x389.jpg 768w, https:\/\/old.crjm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/poza-de-grup-200x100.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In November 2020, LRCM celebrated its 10<sup>th<\/sup> Year anniversary.
