{"id":19571,"date":"2020-01-17T17:51:04","date_gmt":"2020-01-17T15:51:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/crjm.org\/?p=19571"},"modified":"2020-01-17T17:57:46","modified_gmt":"2020-01-17T15:57:46","slug":"prezentarea-documentului-analitic-transparenta-justitiei-versus-datele-cu-caracter-personal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/old.crjm.org\/en\/prezentarea-documentului-analitic-transparenta-justitiei-versus-datele-cu-caracter-personal\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentation of the analytical document \u201eTransparency of the judiciary versus personal data\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">The Legal Resources Centre from Moldova (LRCM) is pleased to invite you at the presentation of the analytical document <strong>\u201cTransparency of the judiciary versus personal data\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 <strong><em>An analysis on the publication of judicial decisions in the Republic of Moldova. <\/em><\/strong>The document analyses how the provisions of the Regulation of the Superior Council of Magistracy (SCM) on the publication of judgements in the national web portal of courts and web page of the Superior Court of Justice (SCJ), approved in October 2017, are applied in practice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">The conclusions and recommendations of the document were formulated based on the research of 1,300 judicial decisions randomly identified in civil, criminal and contravention cases from January 2018 \u2013 March 2019, publicly available on the national web portal of courts and SCJ web page. The event aims at presenting the authors\u2019 conclusions, as well as offering space for constructive discussion with interested institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Representatives of the SCM, judges, judicial assistants, National Institute of Justice, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the National Centre for Personal Data Protection, development partners and civil society.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">The event will take place on <strong>24 January 2020<\/strong> at the J<strong>olly Alon Hotel <\/strong>(37, Maria Cebotari street, Chisinau mun.), <strong>1st floor<\/strong>, between <strong>10:30 a.m. \u2013 12:30 p.m<\/strong>.
