De asemenea, organiza\u021biile semnatare \u00eendeamn\u0103 Consiliul Superior al Magistraturii s\u0103-\u0219i motiveze hot\u0103r\u00e2rea, d\u00e2nd un exemplu de un concurs bazat pe merit \u0219i transparent.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>La <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/constcourt.md\/libview.php?l=ro&#038;idc=7&#038;id=1510&#038;t=\/Media\/Noutati\/Demisia-Preedintelui-Curtii-Constitutionale\">20 iunie 2019<\/a><em>, Pre\u0219edintele Cur\u021bii Constitu\u021bionale \u0219i-a depus demisia din func\u021bia de judec\u0103tor \u0219i Pre\u0219edinte al Cur\u021bii Constitu\u021bionale. La <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/constcourt.md\/libview.php?l=ro&#038;idc=7&#038;id=1513&#038;t=\/Media\/Noutati\/Demisia-judecatorilor-Curtii-Constitutionale\">26 iunie 2019<\/a><em> \u0219i-au dat demisia din func\u021bia de judec\u0103tori constitu\u021bionali \u0219i ceilal\u021bi 5 judec\u0103tori. Demisiile au survenit dup\u0103 ce Curtea Constitu\u021bional\u0103, <\/em>\u00een perioada 7 \u2013 9 iunie 2019, a adoptat \u0219ase acte care nu s-au bazat pe Constitu\u021bia Republicii Moldova \u0219i propria jurispruden\u021b\u0103, fapt confirmat chiar de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.venice.coe.int\/webforms\/documents\/?pdf=CDL-AD(2019)012-e\">Comisia de la Vene\u021bia<\/a> la 24 iunie 2019. Acestea au generat o criz\u0103 politic\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 precedent \u00een Republica Moldova.<\/p>\n<p>Demisiile judec\u0103torilor constitu\u021bionali au dat posibilitatea institu\u021biilor abilitate s\u0103 selecteze persoane integre \u0219i competente \u00een func\u021bia de judec\u0103tori constitu\u021bionali. Toate cele trei institu\u021bii \u2013 Parlamentul, Guvernul \u0219i CSM \u2013 au anun\u021bat concursuri publice pentru selectarea judec\u0103torilor. CSM a anun\u021bat concursul<a href=\"https:\/\/www.csm.md\/ro\/noutatii\/3168-anunt-cu-privire-la-organizarea-concursului-public-pentru-suplinirea-functiei-de-judecator-la-curtea-constitutionala-din-partea-csm.html\"> la 2 iulie 2019<\/a>. \u00cen anun\u021b CSM a indicat etapele de desf\u0103\u0219urare a concursului \u0219i anume preselec\u021bia candida\u021bilor \u0219i interviul, care va avea loc pe 16 iulie 2019, c\u00e2nd vor fi anun\u021ba\u021bi \u0219i c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torii concursului. CSM nu a anun\u021bat nici criteriile de selec\u021bie \u0219i nici dac\u0103 interviurile vor fi publice.<\/p>\n<p>La concursul anun\u021bat de CSM s<a href=\"https:\/\/www.csm.md\/ro\/noutatii\/3170-lista-candidatilor-care-solicita-desemnarea-in-calitate-de-judecator-al-curtii-constitutionale.html\">-au \u00eenscris 14 candida\u021bi<\/a>, un num\u0103r f\u0103r\u0103 precedent de mare comparativ cu concursurile precedente. Acest num\u0103r sugereaz\u0103 un interes sporit \u0219i, probabil, o \u00eencredere c\u0103 de data aceasta CSM va lua decizii \u00een baz\u0103 de merit \u0219i va selecta cei mai buni candida\u021bi.
