She worked as a judge at the Chi\u015fin\u0103u District Court (R\u00e2\u015fcani) during the period 1988-1996. In 1996 she was promoted as a judge at the Court of Appeal of the Republic of Moldova, where she worked until 2003. Subsequently she was a judge at Chisinau Court of Appeal. On 30 June 2005, Mrs. R\u0103ducanu was promoted to the Supreme Court of Justice, where she worked until 2016. In 2016 Mrs. R\u0103ducanu left the judicial system at her own initiative.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During 2003-2009 Mrs. R\u0103ducanu was a member of the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture. Between 2009-2012 she was a member of the Disciplinary Board of Judges in the Superior Council of Magistracy and during 2013-2016 &#8211; member of the Superior Council of Magistracy. Since 2010 Mrs. R\u0103ducanu has been an ad hoc judge at the European Court of Human Rights.<\/p>\n<p>Currently Mrs. R\u0103ducanu is a retired judge.
